Why Exhibit at the NTC Spring Conference?
Vendors at the 2026 NTC Spring Conference will be positioned at the center of attendee engagement, located directly adjacent to the general session meeting space.
All breaks, beverage stations, and meal buffets will be placed inside the vendor hall to maximize visibility and attendee interaction throughout the event.
In addition, vendors will receive on-stage recognition, inclusion in the conference program, and the ability to showcase their solutions directly to law enforcement association leaders and troopers from across the United States.

Handling fees apply:
$3 per box/item up to 10 lbs
$5 per pound for items exceeding 10 lbs

Peraux Ballroom
Featuring 14-foot ceilings and French doors leading into the Anacacho Ballroom, where conference sessions will be held — ensuring consistent attendee traffic.
Load-In / Load-Out
Load-In: Monday, April 13
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Vendors may check in, set up tables, and prepare their booths any time during this window.
Load-Out: Wednesday, April 15
After 1:00 PM
Load-out begins once the vendor hall formally closes.
Booth Staffing Requirements
To ensure maximum engagement with conference attendees:
Tuesday, April 14
Booths must be staffed from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday, April 15
Booths must be staffed from 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Vendors should plan break coverage accordingly.

- Must be ordered directly through the hotel

Overnight uniformed security
- The room will be locked overnight, but no security personnel are present
Vendors are encouraged to remove laptops, electronics, and valuables overnight

Vendors are encouraged to stay within the NTC Room Block at The St. Anthony.
