2026 Spring National Troopers Coalition Conference

Hosted by the Texas DPSOA & DPSFT

April 13–15, 2026 | The St. Anthony Hotel | San Antonio, Texas

All Roads Lead to San Antonio - Join Us for the 2026 Spring NTC Conference!

Join us at the 2026 National Troopers Coalition Spring Conference, hosted by the Texas DPSOA & DPS Troopers Foundation, taking place April 13–15, 2026 at the historic St. Anthony Hotel in beautiful downtown San Antonio.

This national gathering brings together troopers and state police association leaders from across the country for three days of leadership development, collaboration, networking, and meaningful discussions about the future of our profession.

Why Your Attendance Matters

The National Troopers Coalition exists to strengthen, protect, and advance the interests of state troopers nationwide -  but the power of the NTC is directly tied to the engagement of its members.

By attending this conference, you’re not just filling a seat. You’re stepping into the role of advocate, leader, and ambassador for your profession.

This is where troopers learn what’s happening in other states, how associations are navigating challenges, what legislative strategies are working, and how we can elevate standards across the country. Your presence ensures that we have a strong voice in these conversations and that our members remain informed, connected, and empowered.

When we show up, we strengthen our profession.
When we engage, we influence our future.

We want every trooper to understand:
Your voice matters -  and it deserves to be heard on the national stage.

We strongly encourage you to make plans to attend. Your involvement strengthens our coalition, elevates our profession, and ensures our voice continues to be heard nationwide.

We look forward to seeing you in San Antonio!

With respect and appreciation,

Clay Taylor
Executive Director
The Texas DPSOA & DPS Troopers Foundation
